The woman that helped me check in was awesome!!!! She checked my room before I arrived and had what I was missing ready for me at check in!!!! She was professional and very courteous!!!! More hotels need someone like her on their staff!!!!
This was a much better facility than the one we stayed in prior. Everything was as described online. Or better. Employees were very polite. Room was clean. Would stay here again.
Clean and affordable. Well worth the price. Was traveling through the area and was perfect for a one night stay. The breakfast was a bonus. They have a pool in the back with a nice gazebo but we weren't there for those amenities. Would stay again if traveling through the area.
Don’t look like much from the outside but the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Bed was super comfortable. For me anyway.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The room was clean. There was a light bult flickering by the bed so I keeped it off and there were no cups for coffee in the morning. But overall an ok experience.
Piles of old junk radiators,air-conditiones. Everywhere Looked like an old Episode of Sanford and Son junkyard. Riom was clean and recently updated but work was shoddy and cheap. Guess you get what you pay for in life. Location was most convenient just off of I95
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent hotel stay booked through your platform. This is the second time I’ve booked a room through your site that was in completely unacceptable condition — the room had not been cleaned, there was water all over the floor, and I even found cockroaches.
This experience is not only deeply disappointing but also raises serious health and safety concerns. Hotels in this condition should not be listed on your platform at all. I trusted your service to provide safe and clean accommodations, and this experience has shaken that trust.
I am requesting a full refund for this stay and would also appreciate it if you could investigate the hotel in question to ensure that other customers don’t have to go through this.
Please respond as soon as possible regarding how you intend to resolve this.

Understaffed
The room and bed were clean and comfortable, however there were no towels in the room. The phone didn’t work so my husband went to the front desk and she had to look for the towels and washcloths because the maid hasn’t shown up. The door to get into breakfast was locked and the desk receptionist looked like she had just woken up, complete with hair wrap. It was the same girl from our check-in, and evidently her replacement staff didn’t show up. There was hardly any milk at breakfast, no peanut butter for toast, no yogurt or pastries.

Service was good.
At this price, I've stayed at worse places.
Shoddy repairs. Broken equipment in the hall ways. But, everything worked in the room. So,how can I complain. At this price point, it's hard. Fridge was warm when I got there. Had to crank it up. A/C was full blast, so it wasn't because they were being eco friendly!
But, I'll give it a try!
Service was good. Check-in was great! In general, profesionalism needs work.
Example...you're going on shift and you wanna smoke outside the front door when people are eating inside? And, you wanna have the shift turnover meeting at the front door in front of everyone?
Check in was normal with no issue until going to the room. Room had cigarette smoke smell for a non-smoking room, no toilet paper or towels. We were able to get towels and toilet paper from front desk. Went for the lite breakfast at 6:25, found the desk cketk asleep. We asked about breakfast and the reply wad it was ready. The chairs were still on the tables, no waffle battet and no regular coffee. We asked about chairs a d coffee and were td we can put the chairs in the floor and there was decaffeinated coffee. We left without getting anything. We left feeling like we were being an inconvenience instead of be served. I went back in to let the desk clerk know and they were trying to sleep again. When I explained about the service they apologized and explained they were up all night. I said aren't you being paid to be awake and serve the customers and they said they haven't slept for two days. I apologized and left them know the lack of service will be noted in the review. I will be avoiding Econo Lodges in the future.
One of the worst places we have stayed at, and we have traveled across country the last 4 years. The room was horrible. The carpet in the room was sticky and dirty. There were cigarette burn holes in the blanket covers. There were two towels and two wash cloths. No hand towels and no bath mat. If someone would slip on the floor coming out of the shower, you could open yourselves up for a lawsuit. The grab bar in the shower was rusted. The hangers were rusted. The sink was cracked. The room was filthy. Upon checkout, I asked for a receipt. The lady got up from her lounge chair, walked over to the desk, took our room key card, and told me her computer was “down”. I gave her my email address and asked her to email it to me. I’ll wait to see if I get it. Then she returned to her chair and watched her TV show.
The one and only redeeming factor about our stay was the young man who checked us in when we arrived. He was pleasant and helpful. When we got to our room, the tv did not work. He came right up to our room, called someone for advice, and got the tv working. Perhaps he should like for a job at a better quality facility.
The room itself was dope in my eyes safe and comfortable...the only dislike was when the sun goes down and you get comfortable in your bed these flying bugs come out of nowhere DEEP so be ready besides that everything was pretty good
The hotel front desk was amazing, as was housekeeping. I had arrived early due to needing to be at a work event that night. They helped check me in before 3 o'clock and we're incredible the whole time
Toilet had cracks in it, fridge/microwave dirty. Floor had tears in carpet seat had tears and was dirty. Shower curtain covered in mold, walls were dirty. Ceiling was peeling. Hair on pillow cases. The front desk person was friendly though
