Check in person was friendly and very chatty to the person ahead of us and then to us; the friendliness was great, the standing in line with our luggage while she chatted away was not. A second person was behind the counter but did not help us, speak to us, or apologize for the wait. The room and the whole facility were clean and bright; everything was functional. Linens were fresh and beds comfortable.

Overall good, furñiture Could be upgraded their room in which I stayed. The desk chair was peeling. Some of the upholstery came off. I put a towel in the chair. I was fine, but that could be taken care of. Overall I had a good stay.
