「I stayed for five days and this was my first time at the property and I have no complaints the staff was excellent especially Chanel l don't think that's how you spell her name but she works 3 to 11 and she was very nice to me the rooms have washer and dryer I really loved that the patio area was great only thing it was missing was a pool but I will definitely stay again」

The housekeeper said they were out of towels and when we came back that night we could ask at the front desk for towels. 「I'll begin by clarifying that every hotel stay in recent years has had safety rails in the bathtub/shower. I have NEVER had to request them. The 1st response after speaking to management was 'You did not request a handicap room'. He suggested that I return in the morning to see if anyone checked out from a handicap room. 「Friendly and helpful staff very professional」

「I stayed there for 8 hours and that was enough. The hotel says it’s refreshed, and it is not. The pillows had cotton in them and square..so it’s not a real pillow. The mattress sunk in the middle. The breakfast is not free.. but I wouldn’t eat there if you paid me.」
