「This property is absolutely a gem! it is older but well maintained and remodeled inside rooms in building 5. Several buildings all spread out. spacious property. 3 pools were smaller but fantastic! Just walking under all those older huge trees and the view of the mtns was perfect! Breakfast area is tiny and could be a little bigger iMO. But, our stay was not crowded and very peaceful. We will come back and have to grill out and use the fire pit. Very comfortable beds!」

「One thing just to keep in mind if you are a Hilton Honors member is that your points don’t count towards your account if you book through Expedia. Other things, though regarding our state, they also gave us a breakfast voucher. The only issue I had is our Wi-Fi had an issue connecting for some reason especially early in the morning when going for a workout. But the pool was absolutely wonderful and the whole set up was so convenient for our very first night in Knoxville.」

「Very friendly staff even on a concert night I arrived early and was pressed for time ...and even though the front desk was busy cleaning rooms she managed to check me and get me where I needed to be on time..... Rooms are very well kept, clean beds nice pressure in the shower honestly no complaints at all.」

「All Quality inns use the cheapest COFFEE. Liquid brown water and then hot water added. NO TASTE NO CAFFEINE. Bagels served but nothing to cut them open. No bagel slicer one person wanted to put out a sharp knife. The eggs appear to be from some liquid mix.」

「Wonderful "hidden" resort, with a perfect location. Our cabin was spotless and had everything we needed. We had dinner and Sunday brunch, both were amazing. The staff in the office, the coffee shop and restaurant could not have been any better. We are already planning our next trip.」

「Our room for the first night had an air conditioner unit that rattled and when the compressor kicked in it was very loud like groaning. It also didn’t really cool the room down. We let front desk staff know the next morning that it needed to be looked at and the guy was extremely dismissive. All he did was write our room number (413) on a scrap of paper and went back to looking at his computer screen. When I asked whether anything would be done about it he let me know they had no maintenance...

「Clean rooms! Attentive staff - very friendly & helpful. Morning breakfast was great with a variety of options. Convenient to restaurants, shopping & downtown Knoxville about 20 minutes away. Prices for the rooms were excellent. Well worth staying here for conventions or other activities.」
