「We had an amazing time at the resort which was amazing. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The shops at the lower level and ferry on site to Flamingo Island was a big plus for us. Thanks again for a perfect holiday. FYI: If you’re renting a car there isn’t any parking at the adult property. You would need to park in the family ocean property and walk or shuttle to your rental.」

「Property was relatively clean. 3rd time here & sadly I have to say the beach is not as clean as it was our first time. We were in the Palm tower overlooking the parking lot & asked to be moved to the courtyard or pool view. Spoke to the manager & she did not move us. For the cost of our stay I was very disappointed. Staff is very courteous especially Renaldo. Rooms very clean & housekeeping did a great job. Would return.」

「Ocean view rooms are not exactly ocean view. Most of them look at pool or beach chairs. Breakfast and dinner buffet is quite limited in options. Book restaurant reservation in advance. Staff is really good and accommodating.」
