「I really like this inn, very clean and quiet 」

「We checked into this amazing property after a not so great rental home at 11:30 at night after a 6 Hour drive. We were greeted by Autumn who was not only super helpful but very pleasant at that time of night. She went above and beyond to help us get into our room as well as giving us two free lunches for the next day. I can honestly say there was not one staff member that did not ask if we need help the entire stay. My son goes to the Keswick School so I visit that area often and now I have the...

「We have three people and the room had only one chair. We asked for additional chairs. The staff did not want to provide any.」

「Great location off 250 near the Tip Top Restaurant. You can tell it is a newer facility with amenities they do not have at the Holiday Inn on Emmet/29. Everything was clean, nice bathroom/shower, and a self-service coffee machine in the lobby area. Had to pay $5 for parking which surprised me.」

「The gentleman at the front desk who helped me out, (C Note) you know who you are, was fantastic! All the young men who worked the front bell stand are absolutely fantastic as well! Everybody there was just absolutely fantastic and phenomenal!」

The bath products you provided were amazing, the robes were super comfortable, the pillows and the bed were extremely comfortable. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious! 「No light anywhere outside. 2 police visits I saw in 3 hours. Hallways and rooms dirty and stinky. Room was no better. Cig burns, ripped carpet ripped curtains and tub had soft spots.」
