The front desk and housekeeping teams were absolutely amazing so kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Even though there was a bit of a language barrier, everyone made such an effort to communicate and ensure I had a pleasant experience. Their warm smiles and genuine hospitality truly made my stay memorable. I really appreciate all their hard work and would happily stay here again!”」

「The hotel is spacious but a bit dated. The air conditioning has been tuned in to heating mode and cannot be changed to cool air so I was way too warm and did not have a good night sleep. The bathroom is big but there is a distinct smell of drainage. Breakfast was average. Check out seemed to take longer than usual but staff were helpful. However there didn't seem to be anyone at the concierge helping with taxis. I would probably choose Westins during my next trip to Xi An. 」

「One of the best hotels nove stayed in China. The room is very spacious, clean and attended daily by the housekeeping team. The rain shower was perfect and the bed very comfy. Nice breakfast with a good range of food to choose from. The location couldn’t be more perfect, being just three minutes walk from the Bell Tower. But what really stood out was the reception team.
