When my boyfriend and I arrived the room and bathroom were not cleaned at all. We complained at the reception and they gave us another room that was a bit better. The breakfast is not worth and the products lacks of quality. It’s not a good restaurant to western people. I don’t recommend this hotel and I felt regretted to trust only on the brand “holiday inn”

Es war alles OK. Das Personal war freundlich. Lage etwas weit weg von der U-Bahn. Der Pool und Fitnessbereich sollte seit MItte 2024 renoviert sein. Wri schreiben das Jahr 2025 Anfang September.

직원들이 친절하고 일처리가 빨라 편리함. 로비가 5층에 있어 다소 불편하고 층마다 복도에서 담배냄새가 좀 많이 남. 심지어 묶었던 방은 금연방인데 전 숙박객이 방에서 담배를 폈었는지 들어갔을 때 담배냄새가 좀 심하게 났음.

The hotel is very well maintained with nice helpful staff. The hotel is well positioned to have a taste of local life, also within walking distance to Shaanxi History Museum and Big Goose Pagoda. The hotel double charged us by mistake, but sent back refund very quickly after email communication.

On arrival, I found the shower water running very slowly, with which I could barely take a shower. I asked the staff to get it repaired the next morning. When I got back in the evening, it was not fixed. I asked for it again when I went out for dinner. No actions taken. Finally, the duty officer offered to move me to another room the next day, which was the last night of my stay. I saw foreign objects (in observable size and observable amount) in my glass of grapefruit juicy when I had breakfast in the restaurant. I asked the captain to check it out. He took it, had a discussion with his colleagues, but never came back to me.

Peaceful and convenient hotel

Great location. Unfortunately my reservation did not include breakfast, so I can Irvin review the food. Other than that, I was comfortable, clean and my room was at the far end of the hall, and, therefore, quiet. I requested non-smoking room; I got it. No hint of cigarette smoke anywhere in the room. I would stay here again. It is very close to the Pagoda and to shopping- Saga Mall, Metro Supermarket and Walmart. It's also located near two universities, a bus and subway line. I would not recommend eating at the Muslim restaurant close by because the food was not very good. I've eaten better dumplings elsewhere.

The quality of the food from an international hotel chain is really below standard regardless of whether it is the buffet breakfast or the paid dinner at the cafe. Don't expect fresh seafood as they are really tasteless. Variety of the buffet spread is really limited and repetitive daily only rotate a few dishes on alternate day. The freshness of the hairy crab that they advertised so temptingly on their posters is really not even the standard of a road side store. If you intend to stay in this hotel, take your meal somewhere else. Nonetheless, it is quite centrally located in the shopping belt, a 15 mins walking distance to the popular Chang An road

Godt hotel. God service. Rent. Eneste to ting der ikke får topkarakterer er poolen, som er i kælderen og bestemt ikke er hvad fotos giver indtryk af. Det andet er morgenmads buffet er mest for kinesere, med meget lidt morgenmad som appellerer til vesterlændinge, men der er da lidt brød, æg og frugt. Ellers rigtigt godt hotel med god service

Lovely staff made stay great

Special shoutout to Managers Guo and Jamie Chen who really help make the stay very comfortable. After a rather stressful journey from train station to the hotel on a very wet Friday night, Manager Guo upgraded our room and gave great advise on where to go eat local around the area late night. Next day, Jamie Chen was instrumental in securing us train tickets to our next Chinese stop as we did not anticipate that train tickets could be sold out if we do not buy early enough. WIFI in the hotel is rather weak despite Manager Guo getting the tech department to look into it on our floor and in our room. Hotel is a tad dated and could do with a little refreshing but the staff kept hotel very clean, very comfortable and service was top notched. Location of hotel is a little far from the main shopping dining main street but still very accessible to attractions.
