「The hotel is set in a beautiful location, and I stayed for three nights. The staff were friendly, and the service was generally pleasant. However, given that it carries the Sofitel Legend brand, the condition of the rooms was disappointing and fell short of expectations. Upon check-in, I inspected the bathroom and reported finding hair in both the bathtub and shower. 「Service with the price i paid, acceptable. Location: Not easy to find with the small logo, nearby major attractions, walkable distance, convenience. Room: Clean, TV only has China channels, no non china channels. Reception: below standard, inexperienced, lack of smile. Breakfast: Quality below standard, very limited choices, and staff mess up the record. Decoration: not well maintain. Not sure why the other people give high score and credits. Again, if in low room price, no complaint.」
