「The food served is lousy. The food in the Sheraton club is even worse. The seating arrangement there is also bad. A 5 star hotel should be much better. The room tried to be cyber and intelligent but in a stupid way. 「飞机晚点，到达酒店已经是第二日早上7点，很nice的延迟到下午3点退房，房间很舒适，很温馨的赠送了水果和巧克力以及欢迎信，硬件设施比广州的更好一些，位置稍微有点远但是环境非常好，早餐的品质很高服务完美，非常值得推荐！」
