"The hotel is conveniently located right at the exit of GanJiaZhai Metro Station, making it incredibly easy to get around. The hotel itself is very clean, with a world-class level of service. The food selection at the Club Lounge is also of excellent quality. For breakfast, I recommend heading to the main restaurant, where the spread is extensive and offers plenty of choices. If you’re considering a stay, I highly recommend booking a Ritz-Carlton Club Room—the Club Lounge access is well worth it."

"Our premium / executive room was clean and spacious and the breakfast quality was excellent. I paid extra for access to their club lounge and its worth it for extra snacks and drinks. Hotel is about 15/20 minute walk to a metro and 30 min walk to the old town centre (bell tower). Area is safe and is easy to use DIDi (uber equivalent) via the Allipay app. No food places nearby but in house hotel food is high quality and town centre is nearby - definitely visit the Muslim quarter for food, and the shopping centre opposite the bell tower if you fancy high end chinese food at affordable western prices."
