"Really great location, fantastic staff and very helpful."

"Hotel location is good, just 1-2 minute walk to the Metro station. Room was clean and spacious. Staff friendly and approachable. Breakfast buffet with local and Western options. We stayed here for 5 days, quite disapppointed as the most of the menu items are the same every day. Hotel offered free afternoon tea too. Overall, it's a great place to stay. Good service and Good location. "

"The staff are super friendly and even if they are not able to converse in English, we used an app translator or someone else on the staff. Location is ideal for us, within 10 min walk to the Muslim Quarter but far enough to not hear the noise. Plenty of restaurants around the area, pharmacies, fruit shops etc. The Air Conditioning in our room was not great - we never got around to reporting it as we left the windows open and it didnt get too warm at nights. Breakfast selection was good. They had a non-pork section which was adequate. The fried rice and noodles were very tasty. They have afternoon tea which was decent - a good filler to dinner/supper. On Google map or Amap, the hotel's location is also called Dongshes Hotel for some odd reason. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, from the staff to the breakfast and the location. Highly recommended!"
