"I stayed a few nights at this hotel. As a five star hotel, this property meets the expectation of cleaness. The room setting is a bit out of date but it still works well in general. I particularly liked the bathroom layout -- it is larger than most hotel room bathroom by seperating toilet from shower/bath tub. The hotel staffs are good in general. "Amazing 5 star hotel with everything we could have asked for. Very
luxury
floors and lobby however rooms weren't as good as the rest of the hotel but still beautiful. Housekeeping is very helpful and makes sure the room is spotless. However some slight issues is that the toilet wasn't great as it would constantly get blocked and wouldn't flush and out tap over the sink was bent sideways plus the nearest metro station was 1.5km away .Kevin Guo was very helpful."

"The hotel was very good and I would generally recommend to anyone. However, if you stay, you should know that the hotel does not have a pool of its own, despite how it appears on the website. Instead, you have full access to the pool and

at the Sofitel which is in the same complex. To reach the pool you do need to leave the Mercure, walk about 100 yards up a quiet road and access the Sofitel we did not know this when we booked and equally, did not have a problem with it when we realised....

"The hotel was excellent. Located in a very good location. The pool was nice had a sauna. The gym was Lso very good. The room was spacious and very convinient. Breakfast was asian kitchen centered but there were still had western kitchen items. There could be room for improvement. More vegtables and maybe omelettes."

"This hotel is impeccably clean. I was there for a conference and did not visit the pool, but the rooms and common areas were upscale and spotless. The service was outstanding. I would stay for a leisure trip if given the opportunity. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety with good quality. The tables in the dining area were kept clean, even during busy times. "
