Another great location for a hilton hotel. very well located within xi'an's city walls. On a bustling street filled with stores and shops and also, only a 20 minutes wall to the muslim quarter.

Home in Xi'an

We didn't have to go back to Xi'an, but my husband loved this hotel so much, we made a quick stop by in Xi'an, so he could experience this hotel again. It's a great location, close to the wall, close to local food center. We loved hotel staff as well - exceptional service. Now we feel it's a home base if we return to Xi'an again - good feeling to have!

Xian stay with Hilton

It is nice hotel with friendly staff, room is clean and big enough for me and my son. There are many restaurants just cross over the road and walking distance to yong Xin fang with many local foods. And city wall just next to it. This place definitely worth for money. It is a good choice if you come to xian.

The hotel was excellent. Located in a very good location. The pool was nice had a sauna. The gym was Lso very good. The room was spacious and very convinient. Breakfast was asian kitchen centered but there were still had western kitchen items. There could be room for improvement. More vegtables and maybe omelettes.

The staff at this hotel is truly friendly and helpful. I ordered a sandwich at the hotel lounge and told them to hold the fries. They substituted a beautiful salad and told me if I didn’t like the salad, the chef will stir fry a plate of vegetables for me. The housekeeping staff left us sweet messages and gave us extra bottles of water, warning us about the dry climate in Xi’an.

Poor English language by most of the staff especially at the front desk and the Bar. The Executive lounge was closed and moved down at the lobby bar... alcohol service was reduced from 6PM to 8PM. On the other had i was very much pleased by the personnel at the restaurant... thry were fantastic !!

Entirely satisfied with our stay

The Xian Hilton is centrally located with many restaurants nearby and the food street just behind the hotel. The rooms are of sufficient size and conveniently furnished. The Hilton offers a good business standard. The breakfast buffet is richly garnished with hot and cold bf items. Internet worked flawlessly. There is an ATM of the Bank of China in the hotel lobby, making money withdraw easy. I was most grateful to the hotel manager who organised at a competitive price a guided tour to mausoleum, site of the Xian soldiers. Tickets for the stunning Chinese opera "The Tang Princess" were organised last minute by the hotel. The show is an absolute must when visiting Xian. I recommend this hotel without restriction.

Amazing Location: Just a short walk to many local food stands, YongXingFang, and the City Wall. The lobby is stunning with its breathtaking design and decor, immediately showcasing the charm of Xi'An. It feels like stepping into a grand palace. The room lived up to the high expectations set by the lobby, being modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The attention to detail is remarkable, from the pleasant aroma in the lobby to the perfectly chosen Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries that complement the hotel's style. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay. The fantastic staff made our stay even better. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, and especially the Concierge department, everyone was kind and attentive. A special shoutout to Jones Zhao, the concierge manager, for his exceptional help in securing hard-to-find museum tickets, finding a local iPhone repair shop, arranging an appointment for us, and providing great local food recommendations. The personal touch added by the staff made this stay truly memorable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Xi'An.
