「Well maintained clean rooms, close to everything. Rooms were very quiet except for base beat penitrating till early hours. Breakfast was good. Staff by distribution was supposed to have excellent english but everything had to be done by translation. Still very helpful. Great laundry facilities.」

「The hotel is set in a beautiful location, and I stayed for three nights. The staff were friendly, and the service was generally pleasant. However, given that it carries the Sofitel Legend brand, the condition of the rooms was disappointing and fell short of expectations. Upon check-in, I inspected the bathroom and reported finding hair in both the bathtub and shower. While housekeeping attended and cleaned the bathtub, the shower was overlooked—the same strands of hair remained afterward, which...

「Service with the price i paid, acceptable. Location: Not easy to find with the small logo, nearby major attractions, walkable distance, convenience. Room: Clean, TV only has China channels, no non china channels. Reception: below standard, inexperienced, lack of smile. Breakfast: Quality below standard, very limited choices, and staff mess up the record. Decoration: not well maintain. Not sure why the other people give high score and credits. Again, if in low room price, no complaint.」

「Clean and big area, wonderful location 」
