「It was great! Area was so walkable. My wife and I walked to a new coffee shop every day we were in town. Unit was super clean and fun」

「Not the best, not the worst. My sister and I stayed here with our three kids on spring break. We arrived at night and were a bit troubled by the amount of homeless individuals near the are. It’s off the beaten path and close to the city jail, so it was a little worrisome arriving at night. While the property smelled like new construction, it was a bit rough around the edges. Lots of scuffs and dings and dingy corners. 」

「NOT A 4 BEDROOM. this property is advertised as a 4 bedroom and it is only a 3 bedroom. We had 8 adults. 2 of the adults had to sleep on a couch. There was only 6 Bath towels so 2 of the adults had to drip dry. When we got to the house it was 15 degress out and the 2 dining room windows were open and had no screen on them so from the outside anyone could of crawled into the house and it was super cold in the house. 「The apartment itself was great. Clean, spacious, just what we were looking for as a group of 7. However, communication was terrible with the management company. I feel it would be much more convenient if they used text messaging to communicate door codes and other important info. All they had was a number to call and a girl on the other end that was clueless. I felt bad for her because I called her so many times and her answer was always “let me ask my supervisor”.
