「I booked the resort for 5 days. Once I arrived I decided to upgrade to the Privileges package. I was assigned to Claudia. She went above and beyond with helping me book restaurants and also helped my get a cable for my computer I left at home. She was an outstanding help during my stay. The food was excellent, ala carte restaurants were perfect. Tapanyaki, Brazilian BBQ and the Privilages restaurant. All food and services were on par for a 5 star resort. I would recomend this resort to anyone...

「This was my favorite vacation I have taken. It was so beautiful and calm. The staff was super friendly, the apartment was very clean. The beach felt so private and the water was so clear and blue. Amazing views from the roof to enjoy from the hot tub.. the only thing we wish we realized is there is NOTHING around, no Ubers, no Uber Eats. If you don’t rent a car you need to plan enough groceries. We did get a number for a private taxi and found WhatsApp delivery services but it gets pricey so...

「This was a wonderful condo style hotel in walking distance to everything. They were super accommodating with our family, and offered a crib/pack and play for our daughter + set us up with the ground floor room so we could sit outside by the pool right next to our room while she napped. It had a nice outdoor closed alcove in the back too, which was great for meals. The staff are friendly, helpful, and easy to reach/contact. Highly recommend!」

「We had such a great stay from February 2nd to February 8th. Our room was spotless and exactly as pictured. Spacious, beautiful, and with amazing views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything immaculate each day. Our butler, Fernando, and the GM, Cesar, were truly exceptional.
