「There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property or the staff. The only thing I was missing was a fan noise and being able to make the room colder than 65°. Other than that everything was perfect! So quiet and clean, easy coffee maker. Feels special to stay there!」

「The property is very cute and like a resort rooms were comfortable and they had a breakfast you could purchase as well in the breakfast room. I liked it so much. I'm going to book it again tonight. On my way back through town.」

「The fireplace was a nice amenity, the bar was convenient, housekeeping staff very helpful. The hotel charged my cc the full amount of my visit to my already prepaid stay. It was difficult to connect with the GM to resolve the issue who then blamed Expedia. This was not the case. Ultimately, the hotel credited my account but not the full amount. Expedia customer service to the rescue!!」

「Lovely Southwest ambience throughout the hotel and room. One of my favorites was that there are several outside conversational areas. We choose a double room with a fireplace which was perfect to “take the chill” out of our room! We could walk to everything!」

「Hotel St. Francis is well situated in Santa Fe with a great aesthetic. The evening staff, led by Gabe at check in was excellent. The day staff was rude and dismissive; it was a bizarre contrast of experiences. The room itself was well enough appointed. Clean with a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning was not reliable, and opening windows led to moths in the room. There was also an amenities charge of $30 per day but the only amenities I received was bottled water, and parking was...

「Our one bedroom suite was a great room and the value for the room was outstanding given the price paid. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Bed was comfortable, lots of towels, kitchenette had everything needed to make breakfasts, the location the property was within very walkable distance to the Santa Fe Plaza and the Canyon Road art galleries. Unexpected bonus was that laundry facilities were included in the room cost and so it allowed us to do a load as we travel fairly...
