「Stunning visit- stayed just for 1 night but could not have been better. Upgraded room to Suite which was stunning. Flawless service, great food, and the Spa was brilliant. Thanks to all the team, really special stay. Feedback note- some confusion between kitchen and hotel services as to whether breakfast was included- kitchen disputed whether it was included which is a little awkward. Apart from this very minor note, was fantastic. 」

「The property was very clean with all amenities for a vacation. Eva and the Team, provided everything you required for our stay. Check-in details was provided in advance of arrival and was clear to o tain the keys. The premises is sutuated close to the city centre and other amenities. So walking is an option if able. 「Absolutely brilliant」

「Very comfortable B&B apartment with sweet Christmas decoration. Have washing machine and drying machine, good for long time journey. Beds are comfortable. 5 mins walk to big supermarket. Within 10 mins walk to Roman Bath and City Centre. Carpark lot provided free of charge, just around the corner. Apartment locates on the second floor, have to climb up some stairs, but it's ok. May have a bit noise when cars drive in the front road in the morning. Grab up the keys from another location which is...

「The apartment was immaculate and really well appointed. It has everything you need for a short stay including coat hooks, which are so often missing in a hotel room! The apartment was ideally situated for the town with free parking. It has a noisy aircon/heating system which I tried and failed to turn off-otherwise perfect! 」
