「Very accommodating staffs, gave us a very warm welcome. Our room was at the end in the second floor, was nice and quiet. Room nicely heated, get some insects in the room if windows are opened(even in winter), but not a big problem at all. Overall a very lovely hotel with nice dinner and breakfast. Beautiful town to visit! 」

「An exceptional stay from start to finish. The whole team were so welcoming and friendly. I got a free upgrade on a Sunday night, so my room was lovely - really spacious, beauitfully decorated, comfy bed, great shower and every amenity you could need - coffee machine, kettle, DAB radio, good TV, iron and hairdryer and beautiful Bramley (cruelty free) toiletries, and some Cotswolds shortbread for a sweet snack!
