「Amazing place! It is a little outside the town with an amazing view of the volcano. The property was so relaxing with a pool and shaded areas to hang out. So many birds and a beautiful garden! The actual room was good for sleeping and making simple meals but we spent most of our time outdoors on the property. Would stay again!」

「This 2 story rental villa has a great view of Volcan Arenal from the second story. It overlooks a farm with elephant grass used for grazing animals. The location is about 2 km south of the center of La Fortuna, so a car is necessary. It is close to several of the tour outfitters that do canyoneering and rafting. It is initially hard to see on your first visit (look for the Sapiens sign on Ruta 702) because the group of 3 houses are set 70 meters south of the road and accessed via a thin 1 lane...

「Very quiet little cabin, near all the activities and a few steps from the trails to the river. Being off season some of the amenities were out of service but we enjoyed the gardens and trails and the covered areas during the rain.」

「If you are staying in La Fortuna, I cannot imagine a better option. We used it as a home base for all the usual activities in the area. For meals, we could cook right there (the Super Rosvil market is a short walk away) or we could go out to eat - there's Mario's place on the next corner for easy food, or an easy walk to downtown for lots of other options). 「The grounds were beautiful, and the office staff was very friendly and responsive. The breakfast options (included with the stay) were tasty. The Internet was out for 3 days of our 5 day stay, but that was due to the storms in the area - not the fault of the property or staff. It was just frustrating. The parking area was very congested because the guests were pretty dumb about leaving their vehicles all over in random spots and don't know how to park. This is also because of the of layout of...

「Property is very close to downtown. Walking 1 to 2 km in this town is normal distance. We moved around with rental car. House/condo is very clean and rooms are nice. Kitchen has mostly everything you need. Our family loved it. Alao they recommended very nice Mexican restaurant and a local shop for empanada which were the best. 」
