「We had a great stay! Every staff member we met was friendly. Entertainment and shows were great. We felt the buffet had the best options for food, the restaurants were not the quality what we have had from other all inclusive we have stayed at. The resort is very clean and drinks were good! For the price we got a deal!」

「The room is okay we pay to upgrade to the swimup suite. The butter is horrible, yes, I’m naming CESAR. He was doing great of never fulfilling your requests. You need text him three times and go find him at the desk one time to get the things done (request to cleaning the room and deliver a bottle of champagne). 「La habitación estuvo espectacular. Solo tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la tina, el botón para hidromasaje no funcionó. Se le notificó a teléfonos y nos mandaron a alguien de mantenimiento para arreglarlo. El personal de mantenimiento acudió a arreglarlo pero nunca funcionó.
Lo demás estuvo excelente.
La gente de restaurante excelente.
Joshua de Isla blanca espectacular y muy amable.
