"Came in to catch a day baseball game. It was a quick 15 minute walk to the park. We rere planning on just dropping our car off but they let us check in at 10 30 when we got there."

"We visited during a time when the resort had a large event scheduled, which was supposed to shut down the main pool area. While the pool never fully closed, several amenities were affected. Multiple restaurant options were unavailable, the slide was shut down for part of the day, and there were periods without music, which took away from the overall experience. The most frustrating aspect was the lack of communication. We only learned about the potential pool closure after asking about renting a cabana. There was no prior notice about restaurant closures—we found out only when we tried to dine. Additionally, some staff members seemed unaware of what was open or closed, leading to inconsistent and confusing information. That said, the resort itself is beautiful, and the front desk staff were very kind and understanding when we raised our concerns. I would still recommend this resort and would consider staying again, but I hope they improve communication, especially regarding large events that impact guest amenities."

"Closer restaurants. The person at the desk was kind enough to give us a flyer to order pizza since we didn’t have a car. Shuttle to the airport should had been earlier as we almost missed our flight. "

"My ceiling fan was full of dust. The tub had rust spots near the drain. The staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel is old and needs to be updated. "

"The staff was superb-very friendly. Way over priced for what you get. Felt something on my feet in bed-it was a CRICKET! The bed was comfortable, but the room felt run down and not sparkling clean. There was no soap by the sink and the AC made terrible revving noises all night. There was a flood in the kitchen area in the morning, so the staff cancelled breakfast. My husband and daughter were very disappointed. Breakfast may have redeemed the stay, as they are big breakfast eaters. I am not, so it didn't bother me. They should have at least put out bread and fruit in the lobby while they mopped. Would not stay here again. We've staying in nice places that were $60 a night, and this one was $230!!"
