"Privilege Package was NOT worth It! We Checked Out Early! We rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this property was disappointing enough that we decided to check out early and move to another hotel. We booked the Privilege Package on the adults-only side, expecting elevated service and amenities. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect what was advertised. Service was a consistent issue throughout the stay. The front desk rarely answered calls, and when we arrived our room was not ready until 4 PM. Although we were told we would be notified when the room was ready, no one contacted us. We had to repeatedly return to the front desk to check ourselves. Food options were also very limited. Most restaurants close at 10 PM, and there are no late-night options on the property, not even a coffee shop. For a resort of this size, that was surprising. In addition, the food often did not taste freshly prepared, and after drinking the water I unfortunately became sick during our stay. The Privilege package advertises butler service and transportation by cart, which was one of the reasons we booked it. One evening it was raining heavily and we requested cart service to get to dinner. We were told the cart was unavailable because it was charging, which meant we had to walk in the rain and arrived completely soaked. The gym facilities were also disappointing. The treadmill could not be adjusted to an incline, and the following day the gym was closed due to air c "

"Excellent place for families and couples. My wife and I spent 9 days here and didn’t even feel the need to leave the resort. So peaceful and serine. We enjoyed the food mostly, MVP sports bar was below average. But all the other restaurants were fantastic and FOOD TRUCKS! The beach, the sun, the spa, the gym….. what else could you need!"

"Would definitely return to this resort. The staff are amazing. The pools are very clean and beach is one of the best in the Caribbean. Rooms are a bit dated but kept very clean resort is upgrading the older rooms. "

"Staff was great very friendly and helpful. Only issue is they dont let you make reservations for specialty dinners when you arrive. You can only book 2 days in advance. So if you arrive thur you cant book specialty diner until sat. So if your there for short period you miss out. "

"Room was clean. Most of the staff was very friendly. We stayed in the garden section and they have someone to help you cross the street. Both men harassed my friend. The one even grabbed her. That is unacceptable! We will not be going back as she felt unsafe after that. "

"Decor and style of the resort is very nice. Bedding is thin, no robes or slippers for regular guests. The beach is pretty, but not walkable beyond the resort, or at least not recommended to do so. Food was okay, you won’t go hungry. The coffee shop wasn’t good. Pools were not cleaned frequently enough or had bad filtration, we had a swim up suite and besides dumping of chemicals, in 5 days we never saw someone physically clean it once and it showed. Would I personally stay here again? No. But if there was a really good deal I would maybe recommend to friends with kids. "
