"Room was clean. Most of the staff was very friendly. We stayed in the garden section and they have someone to help you cross the street. Both men harassed my friend. The one even grabbed her. That is unacceptable! We will not be going back as she felt unsafe after that. "

"The staff is extremely friendly and the food is good considering it’s an all-inclusive resort. We stayed at a swim out junior suit and it was spacious. The hotel has two big pools and a small beach area. It is far from the airport, about 1.5 hours."

"Decor and style of the resort is very nice. Bedding is thin, no robes or slippers for regular guests. The beach is pretty, but not walkable beyond the resort, or at least not recommended to do so. Food was okay, you won’t go hungry. The coffee shop wasn’t good. Pools were not cleaned frequently enough or had bad filtration, we had a swim up suite and besides dumping of chemicals, in 5 days we never saw someone physically clean it once and it showed. Would I personally stay here again? No. But if there was a really good deal I would maybe recommend to friends with kids. "

"The room was actually cleaner the day after we arrived than it was on the day we checked in, which was disappointing and not the standard we expected. The television in our room also did not work the entire stay. We reported the issue to the service desk several times each day, but an IT technician didn’t come until the night before we checked out. When you book a room, you expect the amenities to work. We were told they tried to call us, but we shouldn’t have to stay in the room all day waiting for maintenance while we’re on vacation. We should be able to enjoy the beach and the resort, not sit around waiting for someone to fix a television. At night we like to relax and watch local shows after a long day, and unfortunately we didn’t get to do that during our stay. Overall, it was frustrating and not the experience we expected."

"Don’t go to the spa. They don’t know what they’re doing. I went for a massage and she cracked my back like a chiropractor. I told my chiropractor and he said she could’ve damaged my back because she’s not trained to do that. The spa is overpriced and you feel like you’re on a time clock to rush out of there."
