"Good "

"My flight was delayed so the airport shuttle wasn't available which was the main reason I chose to stay here - that's the airline's fault, not the hotel. But just a note that the shuttle is not 24 hours. When I checked in, since I arrived so late, I requested a late checkout. The helpful and friendly associate at the front desk let me know she was putting me down for a noon checkout. This apparently didn't make it to the cleaning crew who banged on my door beginning at 11:06 and attempted to enter my room multiple times. I ended up telling three different people "I have a noon checkout" and they accepted, but didn't communicate with eachother which was frustrating. Street noise was loud but the AC was louder."

"Staff not particularly friendly but overall hotel clean and comfortable "

"Staff was nice, enough parking, the pool is ok, room service bad and the place is old, very old"

"The hotel & the grounds are beautiful. On Expedia, we were booked for VIP, however, I feel we were given a room that is in need of refurbishing…bathroom is way over due and our room was located right across from the elevators in which you head the dinging of the elevators! "

"Parking is kind of difficult "

"The hotel is old and needs repairing painting and fixing. There were no lamp in the room had to use the bathroom light. No hot water, unacceptable. Staff however was very friendly and try to take of our needs the best they could. Room overpriced would not recommend "
