「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」

「Room was clean. Did not use pool or hot tub. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast on the first morning was less than expected. Went down at 8 am, very little coffee. Things were better second morning.」

「Found a bug in the shower, no remote for tv, coffee maker was not working, and the room never got colder than 75 degrees. When complained they said they would get it fixed but never saw anyone till the morning. When I complained again to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do because I reserved with Expedia. Paid 380.00 for a bad basic room. Way over rated.」
