「The hotel just reopened after a renovation. We had problems with the TV, had to change rooms, the water/ice stations were not operational, the upper deck bar area was not opened and our room was not entirely cleaned two nights. The staff needs to sharpen up. The property and location are perfect, they just need to get things in order.」
