「帶小孩的家庭旅遊、住房前郵件聯絡兩次要求提供兩房連通、最後沒有提供、也沒有任何回覆、與飯店櫃檯反應後、竟然說等退房後的滿意度調查郵件再自行提出」

「Horrible , never coming back again Girls on front desk are not qualified for their job, they give really rude vibes specially if you’re a woman」

「Staff at times were not able to keep up with dirty tables. And despite having the allergy paper and showing it to the staff the first night in the American restaurant, they told her something with soya sauce was safe.」

「Muy buen servicio y el hotel increíble」

「Hotel was great in general super pretty and felt very safe」

「I’ve stayed here a couple times before and loved it I’m sure what happened. Rooms aren’t clean at all, I felt so uncomfortable staying there/ being the restroom. Walls were extremely dirty with who knows what on them (They easily wiped off). So just poor cleaning. Hair and stains on bedding. First room they put us in had a heavy scent of a paint chemical and none of the lights/ electric was working. They did put us in a new room that did work. Very sweet staff at the bar/...
