「I was only in my room from 10 pm to 7 am for two consecutive days. I didn't use any of the amenities. However, a shower was important to me and the bathtub would not drain. The drain lever would change position but did not change the draining. The first night the water level was above my ankle bones after a 10 minute shower. I told the staff Saturday morning when I was leaving for the day that the shower working was very important to me and they wrote up a work order. That night, it appeared...
