「Great hotel for snorkeling and diving. Nice property and super helpful staff, felt welcome right away! Food choices/buffet are not most extravagant, but it was enough and a little bit different every day. Dessert was cake every day, not much variety. It was slow season, though, and the hotel was not very busy, so maybe during peak season there is more variety. But the staff, waiters, etc. were very attentive and always helping! Highly recommend!」

「Small boutique hotel with pleasant ppl working there. I was looking for a place to crash…as I’m active on vacations. I would say the TV not working was the only negative. AC was fantastic. Small breakfast, but I don’t eat breakfast. If you want loads of extras, try the Hilton. This was just a cute place to crash at night. Btw, if u like centrally located, yet still quiet at night, this is it. 」

「What a lovely stay! My boyfriend and I did the apartment, and it was extremely convenient to do laundry every day! They provided detergent and other necessities. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. My only gripe was that we upgraded from the bungalow, which while beautiful, had bugs but that was expected from the style of housing. Great place! Would stay again!」

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
