「1.The AC is terrible, the smell make me keep counging that i had to turn if off. 2.The bed is somehow messy, especially the swallows. 3.The Air actually is NOT good at all. 4.And when I went to breakfast i cannot even put my suitcase at the forntdesk. I was 1 meter away. A very bad journey i swear this is my worst trip in Spian.」

「Everything was amazing. Except we were given a bathroom that was meant for people with disabilities so it was very uncomfortable and the hotel was sold out. As I told the staff, there are no pictures on the reservation suggesting we might get a disabilities bathroom or else I would have specified I needed a normal one. I traveled with a baby and it was extremely uncomfortable. As it is not a cheap stay, the hotel is supposed to tell you you might get that room, or leave it open for disabled...

「櫃檯及早餐服務人員非常棒，早餐的菜色每天都會有一些小變化，這是非常難得的，尤其對長期旅行的旅客感覺很貼心，因為大部份的四星旅館幾乎每天都一樣，有的連蛋都只有炒蛋，真的太感謝了。」
