Location, location, location it is right there at the Chamartin station, nice spacious rooms. The breakfast bar is not included and was 12€ at check-in or 15€ at the restaurant which at first sounds like a scam since Expedia advertises the property as “Breakfast Available” which I confused with included.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Madrid. The property was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Hotel Chamartin is in an excellent position for the majority located within Chamartin Station. I was pleasantly surprised just 3 escalators and I was at the hotels main entrance. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Other facilities excellent. A most enjoyable stay. I recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Madrid

The hotel is clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. But the renovations done were not done very well. In my room, the light switch was improperly mounted. The floor paneling had been cut too short, leaving a slight gap and many edges looked like they hadn't been taped before painting. Also, the WiFi constantly cut on and off.

Very good and clean hotel in a convenient location. The room was newly refurbished. The only negative thing was that at night it was complicated to enter the hotel due to the station being closed. The only access is via a side carpark, not well signaled.

A highly convenient hotel for our one night stay before taking high speed train to Northern Spain. The main rail station is undergoing extensive renovations but the hotel is operating as usual. We ate at the restaurant with both menu of the day or normal menu available. Service was quick and food was nice too. Breakfast served in same area the next day and plenty of food choice to cater for differing tastes. Hotel room was comfortable and clean.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, check in was swift, breakfast provided a broad range of options. A very easy option for arriving from the airport by train and an early start by train the next day. The Superfuud immediately adjacent provided excellent options for a quick meal. I would stay here again.

We liked the location p, the proximity to the train station. It allowed us to have a longer sleep before taking the train. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good , large buffe. We didn’t like the dinner, the quality was poor and expensive.
