「Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also...

「櫃台人員很友善的介紹景點，每天也都會準備一些小點及咖啡在一樓櫃台附近，覺得很貼心 套房式的房間維持的相當乾淨，家具、床組都保持得很好，住了三天睡起來很舒適。 地理位子很好，晚上吃東西或是逛街都方便。 到處都有暖爐，讓你不管走到哪~都可以很舒服的窩著 唯一的缺點就是離開時趕時間要搭火車，但櫃台服務人員正好在接待一組新客人，等了一陣子讓我們很緊張，這部分~可以多些彈性」

「Todo excelente, lo malo es que en la limpieza solo se limitaban a cambiar toallas y tender la cama si sales de tu habitación antes de las 11 am, si no solo cambian toallas, pero ko lavan trastes, ni limpian mas. Fuera de eso la ubicación es excelente, el depa tiene mas que lo sufiente y todos son muy amables.」
