Great location, central to everything. You can really explore all the shops and fun at the Gran Vía. Check out the RIU rooftop we loved it. The host was super responsive and helpful. We would stay again.

Great location, walkable to many areas, close to the underground subway, safe, lots of places to eat near by that are really good and near grocery stores as well. The place was very clean and there was always a human available to address any issues during the day. They gave two fobs which was nice to alow us to enter and exit the building and room independantly. The bathroom water pressure was great, they had good shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cream. The appartment was quiet. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows and blanket also available if needed. The living room was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and a great coffee machine. We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you.

The unit was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a kitchen. One of the bedrooms was facing the street so it was very noisy at night even with a sound machine. The other inner room (no window) was quiet. The location is central but very busy. I prefer their other location.

After some hiccups with communication on checking in the service was excellent being met at the property by a very helpful lady who was able to explain appliances and offered extra assistance. Location ideal for exploration Madrid and even able to seek luggage repair within walking distance! Hosts and others approached for help were very kind and helpful.

We allegedly had a balcony view but that was not the case, it was a dark corner apartment at best with little to no windows on a converted floor in a building. The location was good, walking distance to many places we wanted to go. The amenities for an apartment were better than others because it included a washer/dryer that we took full advantage of. The bed was a bit stiff and smaller than an American queen which was not so restful for my partner that is 6’ 4”. I have mixed feelings on whether I would book again: the staff was kind and communicative but the apartment I think was marketed as more that it actually was.

We had a wonderful stay at Arenal Apartments. This was our second time and we will definitely be back! Excellent location just off Gran Via with lots of shops and restaurants nearby including a 24hr carrefour which is handy. The hosts were amazing, accommodating an early check in and storing luggage for us when checking out so we could continue enjoying Madrid. The apartment is clean, spacious and modern with all the amenities you need for a great stay. Very comfortable beds too! In short, I’d highly recommend.

Property is in a quiet alley but a short walk and it’s Gran Via! I can see Gran Via from the balcony. We love the location, can walk to shops, restaurants, Plaza Mayor and other city landmarks. There is also a bus stop and a metro station close by. The apartment was spacious. It’s a 1 bedroom but have 2 baths! Air conditioning was excellent too, there was a heat wave the week we were in Madrid and we were glad the property’s AC didn’t disappoint. Check in was seamless. Few days before we arrived the property manager communicated and sent us a link for check in via WhatsApp. He was also so kind to show us how things work in the apartment, like how to operate the washer/dryer, AC, the kitchen and some important rules about our stay in the apartment. I highly recommend this property when in Madrid.

The apartment was spotless. It was very spacious for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children - we got the two bedroom two bath). The washer and dryer combo was definitely a plus. The location was great and close to everything. Our bedrooms faced the interior terrace, so it was very quiet at night. I just wish there was more storage place - dresser or extra closet - to be able to unpack completely. Our host, Christian was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!
