A memorable vacation

All the staff were very helpful especially Francesco. He was so accommodating. They could speak English and it really helped us a lot because we couldn't speak Spanish. The place was nice , clean & comfortable. Although the place was located in the high street, it was so quiet. The wifi was good. There were lots of restaurants nearby to chose from. It was very accessible to public transportation. Hope that there is Suites you Mercury in other country.

Great location

Perfect location, close to all the main sights and lots of bars and restaurants. Great atmosphere in the area around the apartments. Apartments were clean and well decorated.

Nice apartment for exploring Madrid

Pleasant apartment in the heart of the city. It's not really a hotel, so don't expect hotel-type amenities; it's more as though you're borrowing someone's apartment for your stay. Elevator is sluggish and small, and the stairs are poorly lit. (One of us sprained an ankle by missing a stair in the dark.) However, the staff is extremely polite and helpful, and the location is outstanding, just a couple of blocks away from thriving Madrid without being noisy or touristy.

Great location and helpful staff

Great location,close to main areas but quiet. Staff friendly and helpful, Madrid itself has so much to see. There are plenty of shops, attractions, food and bars close by, even a fresh fruit and meat area that at night is full of tapas etc.

Friendly and welcoming receptionist. Ideal location. No traffic noise. Clean and well equipped apartment, and very spacious.

Very basic aparthotel in fantastic location

We booked a twin room, and were given a double. When queried at reception, we were told that twin rooms didn't exist at the property, which means the website is incorrect. The air conditioning also couldn't be turned off. Our room was on the ground floor and had an extreme lack of natural light, with lights needing to be used all day. One of the windows opened onto the laundry room. We also found a tick on the bathroom floor.

Très bien localisé

Nous avons passés 3 nuits dans ce logement, dont le gros point fort est son emplacement, ultra central et en même temps au calme (sauf si les voisins du dessus sont bruyants...). Le logement est grand, sauf la salle d'eau qui mériterait quelques mètres carrés de plus. Le tuyau de douche aurait besoin d'être changé. La literie est confortable, le canapé vieillissant, et sur les 5 chaises 1 était cassée. On l'a signalé lors de notre arrivée, mais elle n'a pas été changé (bon, on n'était que 4). La propreté est correcte, sans plus, et l'équipement côté vaisselle est un peu juste. On a aussi demandé un autre torchon pour la vaisselle, qu'ils n'avaient pas. Au 2e jour, nos serviettes de toilette ont été changées. Par contre ils ont gardé nos valises le dernier jour, c'est appréciable.

Madrid city break

Great location, easy to find. Check in was straightforward and staff were lovely. Nice quiet apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. Giant bed with a memory foam mattress and pillows - extra pillows and blankets would be handy though. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, would definitely book again of we return to Madrid.

Appartement correct très bien situé !

Appartement sympa pour une famille qui visite Madrid. Équipement basique mais Il y a tout ce qu’il faut sauf une TV. Manque de lumière du jour. Pas très accueillant pour y travailler si en déplacement professionnel comme c t mon cas.

Hotel centrico.

La habitación/apartamento no se correspondía en nada con las fotos de su pagina web: pequeña, oscura, cuyas ventanas era mejor no abrir (daba a un patio interior con un olor a tuberias horrible) y con un baño diminuto. Sin olvidar el frigorífico, que hacía tanto ruido que tuvimos q desconectarlo para poder dormir. Por otro lado, al ser apartamentos céntricos, estaban ocupados por grupos de gente joven, cuyos gritos, carreras, alboroto a deshoras e incontrolado por el personal del hotel dificulto nuestro descanso. No repetiríamos experiencia.
