"This is a very stylish, but spartan airport hotel. Our room had no closet or other storage to speak of and was on the small side. The room was clean and adequate for one night. The hotel bar was well staffed and served a variety of liquor, beer, and wine in a comfy environment. Room was quiet. The airport shuttle driver was the real standout here. He only stops at terminal 2 and 4, but gave us great directions to terminal 1 that made it a breeze to catch our flight."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly. Pool drinks were tasty. The hotel was new, clean and trendy. The views from the rooftop pool were excellent and it was a nice spot to relax after being put in the hot sun. It did get busy though, so seating could be limited. Towel were thick and loved that a robe was provided. Room was spacious and comfortable. Only complaint is that we were in a wheelchair accessible room so the water got everywhere in the bathroom after a shower as there was no glass or curtain. I did realize booking this room was my mistake though as the rooms have different names and I didn’t realize when booking it was an accessible room, I just selected the cheapest option on Expedia. Just something to be aware of and pay attention to when booking!"

"Breakfast was great. A cook prepares your egg order to your specifications. The room was super clean. My room overlooked the city but at present there is construction on the street. Not the hospital's fault and doesn't affect the rating, but you may not want to open the window to the balcony. Close to the Atocha train station that connects the bullet trains, some metro lines, and buses. A cab is often waiting outside the hotel too, but a 5-10 min walk will take you to a slew of taxis at Atocha as well If walking is your thing ,its about 15 minutes by foot to the Prado Museum. Great location"
