「Will choose this hotel again when return to Madrid 」

「Very spacious apartment in the center of Madrid. Convenient location and all nice facilities.」

「The staff are super helpful and friendly, front desk, concierge and the manager on duty are so efficient and helped us with all our needs」

「good」

「Poor service, took hours to deliver serval items. air con not working at the beginning, needed to call to activate. But nice location and interior design. 」

「The property was great, and the staff was good to work with and helpful. The room did not have any closet or drawer space, so we had to live out of our suitcases. Otherwise, it was nice and in a good central location.」
