The General Manager sets a great example by greeting all guests with warmth and professionalism. The rooms are clean, accommodating, and well-maintained—I’ve had no issues at all during my time here. Special recognition also goes to Nilda at the front desk. She does an outstanding job managing multiple tasks while treating every guest with care and efficiency. Pedro, the supervisor, is another standout—he’s approachable, understanding, and consistently exceeds expectations in his role. Overall, my experience at this Motel 6 has been excellent. "I always enjoy stopping at the Saybrook Inn and Spa. The front desk gentleman were very nice and welcomed me back. We arrived almost at restaurant closing time and our server was accommodating and kind. The hotel is pet friendly and the breakfast wait staff were great. Look forward to our next visit."
