「Convenient」

「It was what was lacking from the listing that was the problem-- there were 20 sketchy steps from the sidewalk to the front door. Those were not mentioned. We're 81 and 78. Stairs in general are things we try to avoid, but these were covered with leaves, ivy encroaching on the lowest set and with ridiculously low hand rails. Since there's no off-street parking, using the scary stairs was mandatory. The house was fine, but getting in and out was not.」

「Second time we stayed here for visits to Cincinnati. Pool area is clean. Rooms very clean and updated. Breakfast was very good. Great place for families. Will stay again」

「Traveling with my husband and 6 year old on our way to Florida . We stopped here for the night . Front desk was very friendly .. our bed was very comfy! For a budget hotel this was great place to stay for a quick sleep. The breakfast was great with waffles, biscuits and gravy, egg circles , sausage and other small options ..like fruit, yogurt, muffins, bagels etc. Bathrooms have soap and shampoo dispensers built in as well. Will definitely stay here again on the way back .」

「Descent place to stay near Kings Island. Would plan a stay again to come back. Had morning breakfast which was nice. Parking was good. 」

「Breakfast, pool, gym, and hot tub area was clean and maintained. Room was clean. Only 2 complaints, bathroom is so tiny. I stayed with my 2 boys and they are both 6ft, it was a struggle. Also, washer and dryer is available but they don't have quarters at the property or at any gas station/store near. Hopefully they get an ecteronic payment option soon or have quarters available. if your a travel sport parent. The washer and dry is a must.」

「The hotel was OK but I don't know why it was rated so high online. Of the 7 hotels we have stayed at in the last couple of months, this one was the dirtiest so far. The bathtub didn't drain all that well either. My wife says it was fine & she would rather stay at a place like this rather than spending twice the price for someplace better. All things considered, the money we spent on all the stuff we bought at Jungle Jim's would have bought us a better room. Life is full of trade-offs.」

「There was NO front counter staff.You had to check in using a Kiosk. I tried to check in at 2:45pm and the lady in the Kiosk told me that she couldn't check me in until after 3:00pm. Yes I know the check in is at 3:00pm but what is 15 mins. If there was a front desk person I am sure I would have been help better.Also the next morning I tried to use the Iron in my room but it was broken. So I went down to the front desk to ask for another Iron but the person in the Kiosk told me that it would be...
