「The wash basin and bathtub in the bathroom were blocked. Front desk customer service was unfriendly.」

「I moved my room after check-in. Because the room I had originally was next to a hotel ventilation facility which made some low frequency noise. The hotel receptionist was very helpful to change my room.」

「Must stay at the Drury inn, was wonderful, relaxing, and feel like home away from home. The staff was excellent at accommodating breakfast and evening kick back.」

「nice and comfort」

「The place was simply awesome! The one thing that was distasteful was the required payment for parking. They don’t even mention it until you have checked in that you have to pay to park. This is information that must provided before booking; not after check in.」

「OK」

「near the spectrum center.」

「spent my birthday at this hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. Staff was really nice. The place was clean.」
