You have to leave your room key inserted to keep the lights on! Checked out 8:15 this morning still no receipt 4 hours later confirming checkout. No receipt from valet either, requested one and was either sent the wrong one or was charged for an extra day. This place doesn’t seem to have their act together. Restaurants kitchen hours aren’t as posted and staff was less than helpful and didn’t want to be bothered with my business. Had to circle the building 4 times to enter the driveway for valet parking and still unable to enter as the same cars were just sitting there. Had to pay to park in a lot down the street to check in. All in all the hotel itself is nice but the staff and the organization are seriously lacking.

One suite bedroom was perfect for our family of 3. The valet system is convenient. There is a separate room that includes the kitchen, dining table with 4 chairs and a couch with a tv in addition to the bedroom with a tv. The normal size fridge was appreciated for leftovers or for those who need to make meals if you have picky eaters. It’s close enough to the Bank of America Stadium that you could walk. Also close to the Spectrum Center. We were there to visit both. Its also close to the airport so we didn't have to get up extra early. I would definitely stay at this hotel again for the location, price and friendly staff! Things to consider: If you are there on a weekend you might hear folks arriving and leaving as there is a huge parking lot across the street where people were parking for a bar/club. Theres a lot of race cars (sounds of race car vehicles) in Charlotte. Must be because of Nascar! Lol It didnt bother us. It was cool watching the cars at 1am.

The staff were friendly and helpful But hallways on our floor were neglected Never seem vacuum, small pieces of trash were never picked up by housekeeping. Would definitely stay again

Spacious and clean room, nice and helpful staff, and I really appreciated the free breakfast. My only complaint was that the bathroom didn't seem to have a lock on the door. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others though.

The location is really good and the staff really friendly. The room wasn't completely clean, the dishwasher wasn't working properly, and the sink wasn't draining properly.
