「The staff was great and very friendly; however, the room itself was disappointing. We were placed in a handicap-accessible unit with a very small shower and a shower curtain, which was not ideal. The bigger issue was that the shower drain was clogged. Within seconds of turning on the water, there was over an inch of standing water around our ankles. I reported this immediately and was told maintenance would be coming, but from check-in to check-out, no one ever came to address the...

「Valet service was excellent, professional friendly. Check in at bar was easy, free drink when u arrive. Hotel staff friendly. When I booked the room the parking was $45. The hotel changed the rate to $55 as I wasn’t informed. Called hotel and talked to the valet desk and they are going to try and make things right. Nice clean rooms, hot shower. 」

「Pros: Overall pleasant stay! Modern, but still comfortable. Good size rooms. Amazing, convenient location. Zinicola restaurant near by is a must-try! Cons: No room service. Out of the four staff members I encountered, I’d say only one was actually friendly. The others made weren’t rude, but transactional and flat. Odd water/ice station set-up, that didn’t seem hygienic. 」
