「Great stay」

「The hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the moment we arrived, Theresa at the front desk was customer service personified. She made us feel as though we were the only guests in the hotel and truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. We also spent time at Sophia’s, where Raye was our bartender. She is fantastic—friendly, attentive, and an absolute pleasure. She made our evenings at the bar even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!」

「Very small (but beautiful) rooms. Not much storage in ours. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly. Easy access to transportation. Great location for food, the park, the river, and the art museum. 」

「Overall property was great close especially if you are coming to any sporting events everything is within walking distance. Also from the valet and all staff inside of hotel everyone was helpful. I did not try out the gym but everything was great for the price to be in Uptown Charlotte. 」
