Really helpful staff members. We had a great stay here for an overnight. The pictures of the rooms do not give them justice. Rooms are more modern and clean than the pictures.

The room was so big and the cleanest we have stayed in. The breakfast was great! The beds were comfortable and the staff was so helpful. The down side was there were people stomping above us all night and loud people in the hallway at 3 a.m. that kept us up a lot of the night.

Just for starters the entry into the hotel was a little tricky. The parking garage is detached from the hotel so I recommend unloading at the door of hotel. Be sure to get your parking ticket from the front desk to get in and out of garage. The $20 fee is included with your stay. There was nothing eventful about this stay but the facility was nice and clean. Breakfast options were pretty good. Would like to see alternate milk options over dairy.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Home2Suites Uptown CLT. The staff was extremely accommodating, warm, and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and the staff were super understanding even when I kept losing my key cards back-to-back. My room was spacious and great for 2 sharing the space but would work if needed for a part of 3-4 guests.

My daughter and I stayed overnight after attending a concert at the spectrum center. Everyone we encountered was so pleasant, the check in process was so easy, and parking was safe and accessible. Uptown is beautiful, well maintained, and within walking distance to everything, and this awesome little gem is nestled into the heart of it. We will come back again, the next time we don't feel like driving back after the show!
