"Everything was great"

"I had a HORRIBLE experience last night and it caused me to be so late to work this morning. There was a dog barking non stop for like about 2+ hours around 9:30ish at night. I called the front desk about it and they said they would try to reach out to the guest. I tried to go back to sleep but the dog was still barking. About maybe 45 minutes went by and I just could not rest with the dog barking, so I called the front desk and all they said was that they tried calling the guest and no one answered. It wasn't until I contacted Hotels.com customer service via chat when they were able to help because they called the front desk again; Shortly after that - I could hear when someone entered the room and the dog finally stopped barking."

"The Lobby smelled like weed. The bathroom in our room was moldy. The waffle mix was expired and no hot water in our bathroom."

"We were there while the lobby was being renovated. I assume the rooms will follow, and that's good, because the one we were in was dated, and the bathroom desperately needs a remodel from the studs out. But the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet. That's all we needed. The gentleman who checked us in was awesome."

"Perfect crash pad for a weekend hockey tournament at Extreme Ice Center. Nice breakfast area, and room had a very nice renovated bathroom. In room a/c was meh. Anything not top notch with the room was minor (a few inop outlets, aforementioned weird a/c unit), but all the must-haves (bathroom, bed, breakfast) were very good. "
