Hotel and bar/dinner staff were amazing & had pleasant attitudes. The breakfast bistro staff was a little hit or miss on helpfulness depending on who i talked to but it was nothing to complain about. Rooms were very clean. The gym is clean and quiet. Drinks and dinner at the bistro/bar were good.

This is a nice hotel and a good location or visiting family in Indian trail, North Carolina. The property is undergoing renovation so there is some construction underway. The workers were very quiet and did not disturb our stay. Breakfast is not included but there is a diner in the main lobby. The staff were friendly and professional. We will stay there again when we travel to that area.

It was a great stay. The check in gal was super friendly and very helpful. Everything was very clean only thing I would say is that the carpet in the hallway was ripped but other than that it was very clean.

One elevator close to our room was broken, ice machines did not work. Hallway carpet ripped at seams. Our first room the AC in the bedroom did not work. Livingroom cushions not on sofa, carpet looked like cleaning did not vacuum. Staff was very helpful; they put us in another room which was fine although still far from the only working elevator. Not the usual condition of the Marriott's
