"Hotel was beautiful, everyone was very friendly and attentive. Great location, easy to walk to most things. Amazing free breakfast in the morning, could not believe how many items were offered. By far the best hotel breakfast we have ever had, and we stay in hotels a lot! Beds were comfortable, room was modern and clean. Excellent experience, would definitely stay here again!"

"The suite had a living room with a couch, desk and kitchenette with fridge and sink. There was a TV in the living room and another in the bedroom. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a large counter in the bathroom to get ready and a separate shower and tub. The shower was a little weak for pressure. There is also a gym, hot tub and sauna on the top floor of the hotel. Since it is downtown, you do hear the typical city noises of a city. It was conveniently located close to Eaton Center, Union station and St Lawrence market. Overall, the staff were friendly and answered all our questions."

"Super séjour pour un week-end aux Blue Jays! :) Service courtois et rapide, je commanderais cet hôtel! Seul bémol: Dans la salle de bain, on pouvait voir des réparations qui a été fait au plafond et des traces sur le mur. L'air climatisé partait quand elle voulait mais c'était correct aussi non."

"There was some makeup on the sheets when we arrived. They did look like they were washed but they were definitely stained. (Not sure if they just rotated the sheets because the makeup was down toward the foot of the bed) I’ve stayed here before and the last room I was in was better maintained. The ceiling had damage in the bedroom and the entryway had a lot of dings and scuffs on the walls. It would have been nice to use the balcony as well, but the door is locked. Otherwise, good!"
