I asked why no info on their website that is obvious and why Hotels.com website had zero info re this renovation. No restaurants (supposed to be 3); no Tiki Bar outside; No hot breakfast as promised as no restaurants (only given muffins, bagels, OJ, coffee only) . Disappointed,,, One building is open for guests....that is all at the moment. Urge one to make certain renovations are finished before booking."

"The lodge was near to the place where we booked our manatee experience. Breakfast was good and the restaurant served delicious sandwiches. A/C didn’t work. Our room was at the second floor and the building didn’t have elevator, so be aware if you have mobility issues or difficulties carrying luggage trough the stairs "
