I have stayed in this hotel many many times. It is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in- ever. The staff is incredible, the parking is great, the pool is clean, we LOVE this hotel. I previously reviewed this hotel as the WRONG RODEWAY! (New port Richey, don’t go there) For which I apologize, but we absolutely LOVE this hotel.

At the time of making the reservation and the time of check-in, the hotel does not disclose their policy to only change bed sheet only once every 4 days. Had this been revealed, I wouldn't have made the reservation or checked in. This omission is intentionally misleading the public

From the first day, I walked into the lobby. I was impressed with so many beautiful plants. The whole staff were completely friendly and welcoming. I’ve met a few of the regulars and they had nothing but nice things to say!! the pool is beautiful and clean!! and the hotel is surrounded by a few restaurants and a Dollar General to provide your own room necessities!! I cannot say enough, good things about the staff!!

My family had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The condition of the property did not match the photos advertised online at all. The hotel appeared run-down, and there was a serious issue with cleanliness, including a roach infestation. We also felt uncomfortable due to the environment around the property, with what seemed like ongoing disturbances and concerning activity nearby. The staff was unprofessional and difficult to work with. One major issue was their payment policy—they would not accept certain cards (specifically ones with lock/unlock features), and if you couldn’t provide an acceptable card, they required a $60 cash deposit. Another serious concern was that housekeeping entered our room without permission and changed out towels, which raised privacy and safety concerns. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences my family has had. I would not recommend staying here.

The bed frame was peeling and rusted because it was a metal one. The chair in the room was dirty with a pillow that didn't even match it, the curtains was dusty. The only thing that looked decent was the shower looked new like it had just got remodeled. In the sink, before you go in the bathroom. Individuals actually live there, drugs, drinkers, it's more like a drop in hotel to do what you wanna do and go home afterwards. Me and my family left the next day because we had to wait until we got another room. We was reimbursed for 1 day. Will never stay there again my daughter had roaches in her room.

Stayed for 4 nights. On my second day while I was gone house keeping came in and cleaned the room but failed to empty the trash and they also stole a little over a dollar in change i had on the table. There're people literally living at this place, just feels like an unsafe area. My air-conditioning didn't seem to be working properly, despite me having it set at 68 with fan on high and continuous I would constantly wake up through the night hot almost sweating. I will not stay here anymore.

Easy to get to. Check in was easy. Exactly what I nexpected it to be of a budget hotel on US 19. Booked an accessable room as i have mobility issues and stepping onto a bath tub is a problem. I was put into a regular room on the second floor. If there was an elevator i did not find it. As i was only there 2 days for a funeral I didn't have the energy to get it fixed.

Cleanliness: There are some items in the room are totally not clean, like the sofa that I was not able to sit on! Staff: I have requested early check out that was not entertained at all by the hotel staff and the duty manager. Actually, I have received totally different messages from different people (staff) at the hotel to my request, so, not sure what happen!! Also, I have to say that, I have contacted Expedia, I think John, to follow up with my request, via chat, and he tried to contact the deputy manager but he could not reach out and promise next day to reach out, unfortunately, he did not come back to me till this moment. Parking: Good. Airconditioning: Good. Room Service: It is every one week!! and per the hotel, this Expedia condition per the room charge rate provided. So, this complain, not only to the hotel but also towards these two above points on Expedia.
